Co-Investors or Strategic Partners in Distressed Debt opportunities.

 

Paterson International is in contact with a Hedge Fund in London that focuses on European Credit opportunities and it is looking for Co-Investors or Strategic Partners with a number of specific deals in mind. The amount they are looking to secure is up to USD 20m or a proportion of this figure.

 

The Fund is currently working on several distressed mezzanine type SME deals in Germany, Austria and Italy:

 

2 - Distressed Loan to own space in Italy & Austria.

1 - Mezzanine deals in Germany.

1 - Real Estate deal in Italy.

 

The Fund also has some Distressed SME deals in the pipeline in CEE.
